  • Fish right off our tree shaded wharf on the Bayou.
  • Take our canoe or pedal boat and move quietly down the Bayou and see nature up close… bring your camera.
  • Take a driving tour of the unique French speaking community of Pierre Part & Belle River.
  • Drive to Duffy’s Shell and get to meet the History Channel’s star of “Swamp People”, gator hunter, Troy Landry.
  • Go “Down the Bay” (S. Bay Road) to “Driftwoodville” and see Adam Morales and his cypress driftwood creations.
  • See the statue of the Blessed Mother on the Island in Pierre Part Bay.
  • Go down Shell Beach Road (1016-2) and see beautiful Lake Verret!

  • Visit nearby historic plantations:\
  • Ask about special arrangements for a local guided fishing trip or private bayou/swamp tour.
  • How about a guided hunting trip – ducks, and even experience a GATOR HUNT!

  • Drag racing at NO PROBLEM RACEWAY.

  • Visit the Pierre Part Store – an old time general store in business since 1911!

    • Stazione Deli – 4 miles from the cabins
    • Subway – 6 miles down Hwy 70
    • Buddy’s Drive Inn – 7  miles down Hwy 70
    • Landry’s Seafood – 8  miles down Hwy 70
    • Paizano’s – 10  miles down Hwy 70
